Unfortunately, I encountered significant cleanliness issues during my stay. The room I was assigned had a lingering unpleasant odor that made it hard to relax. Additionally, I found some stains on the sheets and towels, which heightened my discomfort.

this place was an absoluteley terrible disappointment. the filthy bathroom floor was a nightmare, and the dingy sheets were clearly never changed. i expected some kind of welcome gift for my troubles but alas, it seems they reserve such luxuries for only the luckiest guests. the owner’s rudeness was also the cherry on this awful sundae. just couldn’t give a good review!

The hotel is clean and offers a great value for the price.

Unfortunately, the owner had a rude demeanor and was unhelpful when I raised concerns about the charges.

Consider asking for extra blankets at check-in, as they may not be readily available in the room.

Everything met my expectations.

The ability to charge our boats was great! 👍 But the property was kinda run down, and the room had a bad odor. Wish it had better upkeep!

the pillows were really lumpy (not too great for neck support). on the plus side, the hardwood floors were nice, the pet-friendly policy was a big win, and the front desk quickly help with our late-night electrical problem.

We enjoyed a fun family outing to the Tennessee Valley Theatre, just 17 miles away, which was a nice way to spend time together. The room was clean enough for our short stay with three small kids, and it worked for our needs.

Unpleasant stay!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room, and it was not a good experience. The place looked clean, but the staff seemed sketchy about refunds. I liked the picnic area outside, but it was pretty noisy at night. Unfortunately, my room had a weird smell that made it hard to relax.

my stay at Best Value Inn was quite excellent for our anniversary celebration. i was pleasantly surprised by how clean the king room was and the quick assistance we received with an electrical issue at 1 a.m. the helpful staff made our trip nice.
